Boys Soccer: Garden Spot vs. Manheim Central (9-19-22)

Hempfield Boys Volleyball makes a statement as they sweep Warwick 3-0, ending the Warriors unbeaten record! Black Knights also forced a tie atop the Section 1 standings! Both teams have now won on their home courts... if they win out, Warwick & Hempfield will share the title! Will we see a Round #3? Last year, the Eagles made it back to back 5A District 3 Championships... BUT came up 2 yards short in the State Semifinals! Now they look to replace a ton of Senior leadership heading into the 2024 Season! Hear how Cocalico plans to do that with a different group of guys!

Warwick Softball wins their season opener over Cedar Crest 3-2! Warriors scored all 3 runs in the 1st inning, held on late for the Win thanks to Sam Shaak in the circle… 7 IP, 8 K’s, 4 H, 2 R… with an RBI Double in the 1st inning! Warriors travel to Penn Manor on Friday for a Section 1 Showdown!

Warwick’s bid to win their 1st District 3 Title since 1984 ran out of steam as #1 Reading handed the Warriors a 68-43 loss in the 6A Finals! It was Reading’s 23rd ?? a District 3 record! Ruben Rodriguez had a Game-High 23 points for the Red Knights... check out these game highlights! For the Warriors, Tate Landis, Avery Sapp & Caleb Johnsen all had 10 points! Warwick now moves onto the 6A PIAA State Tournament. They host District 7, 4th Place team... Mt. Lebanon on Wednesday, March 9 at 6pm!
