Baseball: Garden Spot vs. Cocalico (5-2-24)

Garden Spot knocked off Cocalico 8-0… earning a much needed win for their League playoff hopes, which kept them in pace with Manheim Central for the 2nd spot in Section 3! Spartans also won the season series 2-1 vs. the Eagles!

🔹Spartan pitcher Ryder Hertzler threw 6 scoreless innings… with 2 hits & 11 K’s! He had a no-hit bid busted up in the 5th! Teammate Connor Manning came in to preserve the shutout!

Boys Basketball: Donegal vs. Manheim Central (1-10-25)

Manheim Central stayed UNBEATEN (5-0) in Section 3 play after a 67-48 Win over Donegal! Barons went on a 40-20 run in the 2nd half to pull away from the Indians! Ryan Kenneff & Landon Zeiset each had monster games with 17 points apiece (combined 7-8 from the free throw line)! Donegal’s Joey Williams started off hot with 14 points at the half (4-3’s) but finished with 18 total in the game!
