2024 L-L League Football Media Day — Ephrata Mounts (8-2-24)

Ephrata Head Coach Kris Miller & several of his players sat down with us at this year’s football media day, held at the LNP Downtown Lancaster headquarters! Last year, the Mounts enjoyed their MOST successful season in program History, making it to the 5A District 3 Championship Game! Now as they embark on the 2024 Season, hear how Ephrata is focusing on a different group of guys!

L-L Girl’s Basketball: Manheim Central vs. Cocalico (2-8-22)

Manheim Central gets the WIN & the Section 3 Title after knocking off rival Cocalico... 56-27! It’s the Lady Barons’ 1st Section Trophy since 2012 (they will share it with Lampeter-Strasburg this year) Maddie Knier led all scorers with 23pts, Abbie Reed had 13… Teagan Sahm led Cocalico with 16pts!
