2024 L-L League Football Media Day — Ephrata Mounts (8-2-24)

Ephrata Head Coach Kris Miller & several of his players sat down with us at this year’s football media day, held at the LNP Downtown Lancaster headquarters! Last year, the Mounts enjoyed their MOST successful season in program History, making it to the 5A District 3 Championship Game! Now as they embark on the 2024 Season, hear how Ephrata is focusing on a different group of guys!

Marlee Martin slugged a 2 run home run & Katie Heisey had a 3 run triple to help balloon the lead! Warwick's Kenzie Ellis & Sydney Lee combined for 5 runs, 3 hits & 3 walks from the top 2 spots in the batting lineup! Kate Shaak got the Win (7 IP, 3 R, 6 K, 1 BB) as Warwick beat Hempfield 12-3!

History REPEATS itself ?⚾️? For the 2nd year in a row, Warwick walks it off on Cumberland Valley in the 6A District 3 Playoffs… this time 9-8 in 8 innings! Check out these highlights... Warriors advanced to the 6A Championship on Thursday, June 2 against their old rival…Manheim Township! The Finals are set for Noon at Messiah University...

Boys Soccer: Garden Spot vs. Manheim Central (9-19-24)

Garden Spot’s Trey Dwyer put his goal scoring prowess on display against Manheim Central! Early in the 1st, Dwyer put the Spartans ahead 1-0 with a header off a corner kick & scored again just minutes into the 2nd half! He’s got 13 goals for the season! Central’s Aiden Beck slammed home a goal with 5 minutes left in the game, but the Barons ran out of time... falling 2-1 to Garden Spot!
