Ephrata Head Coach Kris Miller & several of his players sat down with us at this year’s football media day, held at the LNP Downtown Lancaster headquarters! Last year, the Mounts enjoyed their MOST successful season in program History, making it to the 5A District 3 Championship Game! Now as they embark on the 2024 Season, hear how Ephrata is focusing on a different group of guys!

Boys Soccer: Garden Spot vs. Manheim Central (9-19-24)

Garden Spot’s Trey Dwyer put his goal scoring prowess on display against Manheim Central! Early in the 1st, Dwyer put the Spartans ahead 1-0 with a header off a corner kick & scored again just minutes into the 2nd half! He’s got 13 goals for the season! Boys Lacrosse: Penn Manor vs. Ephrata (4-22-25)

Ephrata led from start to finish against Penn Manor in a hard fought 11-8 Win! Mounts went up 6-0 after the 1st quarter, with 5 different Ephrata players contributing on the scoreboard! Once the Comets mounted a comeback, it was up to Tyler Thomas & Parker Snow to close out the victory with Ephrata’s final 5 goals! Mounts have 1 game remaining against Cocalico in the "Backyard Brawl" makeup game set for May 14!

District 3 Boys Basketball Playoffs (6A 1st Round): Lebanon vs Warwick (2-22-22)

Warwick Boys Basketball advanced onto the Quarterfinals of the 6A District 3 Tournament after beating #10 Lebanon…58-49! Warriors take 2 out of 3 from the Cedars this year! Tate Landis led all scorers with 25pts! Trevor Evans had 11, Carter Horst added 10! #7 Warwick faces #2 Cumberland Valley on Friday at 7pm! We will be broadcasting it LIVE from Cumberland Valley HS!
