Ephrata Head Coach Kris Miller & several of his players sat down with us at this year’s football media day, held at the LNP Downtown Lancaster headquarters! Last year, the Mounts enjoyed their MOST successful season in program History, making it to the 5A District 3 Championship Game! Now as they embark on the 2024 Season, hear how Ephrata is focusing on a different group of guys!

— We’ll have more from Coach Miller on this year’s “Sportstalk Special Edition – L-L Football Coaches Show”, which airs Wednesday, August 21 from 7pm to 8:30pm!

Baseball: Conestoga Valley vs. Ephrata (5-1-23)

Ephrata's "Senior Night" ended early thanks to Mother Nature! Mounts beat Conestoga Valley 9-3 in a rain-shortened 6-inning game! Coy Schwanger, Ryan Bromirski & Brenden Kapczynski each had 2 RBI for Ephrata!

-- BIG matchup on Tuesday, May 2 for the Mounts as they face off against Lampeter-Strasburg for the 3rd time this season, looking to get their first win!

5A District 3 Girl’s Basketball: Gettysburg vs. Cocalico (3/5/21)

What a clash between fantastic 5A Girls Basketball squads! Cocalico & Gettysburg left it all out on the court! We saw 3’s...stellar defense & even a career milestone! In the end, Gettysburg advanced 44-39! Cocalico Senior Izzy Mack led the team 12 points (4-3’s)! Senior Hannah Custer had 8! A great season for Cocalico ends at 16-4, with a Section 3 Title! Check out the highlights...
